IS7 Game on a New Phone: Keeping Account Access
Changing phones involves two separate things: installing the app and reaching the account you already use. Prepare the account details before clearing or handing over the old device.
Prepare while the old phone is available
Confirm which phone number belongs to your IS7 account and that you know the password. An app that opens without asking for details may simply have a remembered session. That does not show whether you can sign in again elsewhere.
Keep access to the registered number while arranging the move. If the number will also change, ask the provider about its account-update process first. Do not assume that registering the new number connects it to the old account.
Treat a phone backup as a device tool
Android can back up and restore certain device data, but not every app supports restoring all of its information. A phone transfer should not be treated as proof that an IS7 session, preference or account detail will be restored.
Keep the account identifier separate from the device backup. Avoid sending passwords to the person helping with the transfer or putting them in an ordinary message. The account security guide covers storing credentials and protecting a shared device.
Check access on the new phone
- Get the app through the route described on our download page, checking what is offered for the new device.
- Use the existing account’s phone number and password rather than creating another account as a shortcut.
- Review any device or account checks the app actually presents. This guide does not assume a particular additional verification method.
- Confirm that the account details shown are the ones you expected before using account features.
If something is missing
A different-looking lobby can reflect a changed app version, display setting or account state. Start by confirming the account and recording the version details on each phone. Do not infer that account information was deleted from a visual difference alone.
If access fails, keep the old installation available while using login help or contacting support. There is no need to erase the only working session to test whether a new one can be established.
Finish the handover deliberately
Once you have confirmed the access you need, review open sessions and saved information on the old phone before passing it on. Use the manufacturer’s handover or reset instructions for the device itself. Moving phones, uninstalling an app and closing an account are separate actions.
