IS7 Game Login: Access & Troubleshooting
Sign in with your registered phone number and password. If that does not work, start with the error on screen and work through the relevant checks below.
Use the account you registered
Open the IS7 app and choose its login option. Enter the phone number attached to your account and the password you created for it. If the app displays a country-code selector, check it before submitting the number.
A new phone does not necessarily mean you need a new account. Use your existing details to reach the existing account. If you have never registered, follow the registration guide instead.
If the phone number or password is rejected
- Check the number against the one you originally registered, including the country code where requested.
- Look for typing errors, unintended spaces and a keyboard that has changed letter case.
- If you use autofill, check that it selected the IS7 account you intended.
- Read any temporary restriction shown on screen and follow its instructions instead of making repeated guesses.
If you have forgotten the password
Use the password-recovery option if one is offered in your version of the app. Follow the instructions it displays; the steps and available verification methods may change. This guide does not assume that an SMS reset or any other particular recovery method is available.
If there is no usable recovery option, contact the provider through its published support route. Explain whether you still control the registered number. Do not create another account expecting it to restore the first one, and do not give a helper your existing password.
If the login screen keeps loading
First check whether another ordinary website loads on the same connection. If the connection is working, close and reopen IS7, then check for an update through the provider’s usual route. The download and installation page explains how to approach app updates.
Avoid clearing app data or uninstalling as the first troubleshooting step, especially if you do not have your login details saved. If the problem continues, record the message, the time and your app version if it is visible. Those details help support distinguish an account issue from a loading problem.
Check the account after signing in
Confirm that the profile is the one you expected before using account features. If the displayed account looks unfamiliar, stop and check the number used to sign in. Do not assume that registering again will move details between accounts.
