IS7 Game Wallet: Balances & Transaction Records
A balance is a snapshot. To understand a change, look for the individual record behind it and distinguish an account entry from a game result or promotional figure.
Read the label beside the amount
The screenshot in our lobby overview shows a rupee balance and a wallet symbol near the top. It also shows promotional amounts elsewhere. Those are different kinds of information: a banner figure should not be read as money already belonging to the account.
Use your own current screen for the actual amount. If it separates available, promotional or restricted funds, read the explanation for each category. This screenshot does not establish the options or balances available to another account.
Find the entry behind a change
If the app provides a wallet history or transaction list, find the relevant entry rather than trying to explain a change from the headline balance alone. Record the type, amount, status, time and reference exactly as displayed.
A game-round record and an account transaction can use different identifiers. Keep both when the question involves movement between a game and an account balance. The glossary explains the distinction between a round ID and a transaction ID.
Interpret a status cautiously
- Pending means the entry has not reached its final recorded outcome; it is not a promised completion time.
- A completed label describes the entry in that system. Check which system or stage the record belongs to before drawing a wider conclusion.
- Failed or cancelled entries may have accompanying instructions. Read those instead of assuming every service handles them identically.
- If an entry is missing entirely, note when the action occurred and whether a confirmation or reference was shown.
When two records do not appear to match
Compare like with like: the same amount, reference, date and type of action. Allow for different time-zone displays when matching timestamps. A game cash-out and a separate account withdrawal are not interchangeable records.
Preserve the evidence and ask the provider to explain the difference. Repeating a payment or game action to test the balance can create another entry before the first one is understood. This guide does not promise a processing deadline or describe unverified payment methods.
Report the specific discrepancy
Say which record is missing or different, and include its reference through the provider’s verified channel. See support guidance for what to include and what to hide. If the amount relates to an offer, read promotion terms alongside the account explanation.
