IS7 Game Glossary: Common Terms Explained
A quick reference for words you may encounter in game rules, account screens and promotional terms. The selected game’s own definitions take priority where a term has a special meaning.

During a game
- Round: one cycle of play with a defined beginning and result. A game session can contain several rounds.
- Stake: the amount committed to a particular selection or round. Look for the total if a screen displays several component values.
- Multiplier: a factor applied to a value under the game’s rules. A multiplier on a banner does not establish what a particular round will return.
- Settlement: the process that records the result of a selection and applies the corresponding account change.
- Round ID: a reference used to identify an individual round. Include it in a support report when the game supplies one.
Cards, dice and reels
- Rank: a card’s value or category, such as seven or Queen. Suit means its group, such as hearts or clubs.
- Tie: an equal result under the game’s comparison rules. Its effect on each available selection depends on the table.
- Paytable: the game’s reference for qualifying combinations, symbol values and relevant exceptions.
- Wild: a symbol that may substitute for specified symbols. Its exclusions matter as much as its general role.
- Scatter: a symbol with a game-defined function that may differ from ordinary line symbols. It does not have one universal rule.
Account and balance terms
- Balance: a displayed account amount. Read its label to distinguish an overall figure from a promotional or restricted amount.
- Pending: a status indicating that an item has not reached its final recorded outcome. It does not establish a completion time.
- Transaction ID: a reference for a particular account entry. It may be different from the identifier for the game round involved.
- Cash-out: in some games, an action that settles an active selection. An account withdrawal is a separate process; identical wording should not be assumed to mean identical actions.
Terms attached to an offer
Eligibility means the conditions for participating in an offer. Expiry is its stated deadline. A wagering requirement describes play-through conditions attached to specified funds; check the exact base amount and qualifying activity rather than relying on the headline number.
