IS7 Game Promotions: Understanding the Terms

A promotional headline rarely tells the whole story. Check who the offer applies to, what its figures mean and which conditions must be met before deciding whether to take part.

Find the terms for the exact offer

Use the conditions attached to the offer currently shown to your account. Save its name and the date you read it. A screenshot shared earlier may describe a different period, audience or version of the promotion.

This page does not confirm a live IS7 bonus amount, code or entitlement. The promotional figures in the supplied artwork are illustrations of the app’s presentation, not a guarantee that an account will receive those amounts.

Read the conditions in a useful order

  • Eligibility: which accounts, locations or other conditions the offer covers.
  • Activation: whether taking part requires a particular action, and when any choice must be made.
  • Time: the start, end and any completion deadline, including the time zone used.
  • Funds: whether the displayed amount is cash, promotional credit, a possible maximum or another type of value.
  • Restrictions: the qualifying activity, exclusions and any conditions affecting use of the offer.

Understand play-through wording

Where an offer uses a wagering or play-through requirement, establish which amount the requirement is based on. Also read whether all activity counts equally and whether particular games or actions are excluded. A headline multiplier alone does not answer those questions.

Do not assume promotional credit has the same conditions as an unrestricted account balance. Ask for clarification when the rules fail to explain which funds are involved or how progress is recorded. The wallet reference covers interpreting separate balance labels.

Look for the missing detail

Consider an offer that states only an expiry date. You would still need to know the time zone, whether the deadline concerns joining or finishing, and what happens to an incomplete offer. Writing down these questions is more useful than guessing from the size of the banner.

If an offer is unclear or does not fit the limits you have set, leave it alone. An approaching deadline is not a reason to spend more time or money than intended. Responsible play provides a practical way to set those boundaries.

If the account result differs from the terms

Keep the offer name, the conditions you relied on, the relevant account record and the time of the issue. Follow the support guidance to report the specific difference. This website cannot apply an offer to an account or determine the outcome of an individual case.
