IS7 Game Registration: Getting Started
New to IS7? Registration uses a phone number and password. Here is what to prepare, how to avoid account mix-ups, and where to turn if the app will not accept your details.
Check whether you already have an account
If you have used IS7 before, try your existing account through the app’s login screen. Registering again is not a way to restore an old balance or account history. Our login reference covers returning users and common access problems.
For a first installation, start with the IS7 download page. Account creation takes place in the IS7 app, not in a form on this information website.
Prepare your phone number and password
Use a phone number you control and expect to keep. Enter it in the format requested by the app, taking care with any country-code field. Check every digit before submitting: a typing error can make the account difficult to access later.
Choose a password that you do not use for email, banking or another game account. Follow the requirements displayed beside the password field. A password manager can help you create and retain a unique password without relying on a screenshot or a message to yourself.
Complete registration inside the app
- Open the account-registration option in IS7.
- Enter your phone number and create a password that meets the displayed requirements.
- Read the account terms and any eligibility conditions presented before submitting.
- Follow any further instructions the app actually displays, then check that you have reached your own account.
When the app rejects your details
Read the exact message first. For an invalid number, check its format and digits. For a password requirement, adjust the password to match the rule shown. If the number is already registered, use the login route rather than repeatedly creating accounts.
If registration stays incomplete, keep the wording of the error and the time it happened. Use the support route provided inside the app or on the provider’s site. Never send your password in a support message, and hide private account details when sharing an error screenshot.
After the account opens
Save the login details securely and check the profile shown before doing anything else. Creating an account does not by itself confirm eligibility for every game, promotion or payment feature; review the conditions attached to the feature you intend to use.
