IS7 Game Error Screenshots: Capture Useful Evidence
A useful screenshot keeps the error and enough context to explain it. Capture what actually happened, protect private details, and send the record through the provider’s verified support process.
Capture the message while it is visible
On many Android phones, pressing Power and Volume Down together takes a screenshot. Some devices provide another method in their controls. Use the manufacturer’s instructions if the usual method does not work.
Keep the error wording and the relevant screen label in view. Do not repeat a payment or another consequential action solely to recreate an error for a picture. If the message disappears, write down what you remember and mark any wording you cannot recall exactly.
Choose a still image or a short recording
A still image is usually enough for a fixed error message or a clipped label. A short screen recording may be more useful for a sequence, such as a blank screen appearing after you open a menu, if the device and app allow recording.
Where Android offers screen recording through Quick Settings, review the audio and capture choices before starting. Record only the portion needed to show the issue. Do not try to bypass an app’s capture restriction; describe the issue in text instead.
Keep enough context to identify the problem
- Include the app screen or game name when it helps explain the message.
- Record the date, time and any relevant reference separately in the report.
- For a display problem, note the text-size or display-scale setting used.
- For a sequence, explain which action happened before the recording began.
Review the copy you intend to share
Look for passwords, verification codes, full payment details and unrelated notifications. Use a proper redaction or an opaque cover for private fields, then inspect the saved copy to confirm that those details are no longer visible. A loose crop can also remove the screen label support needs.
Keep an original privately if you need an accurate record, and make it clear when the shared copy has been redacted. Remove personal details without changing the error message or making the event look different from what happened.
Attach evidence to one clear report
Use the provider’s verified channel and include the version details relevant to the issue. Our support guide explains how to describe the event without sending credentials. Account security covers requests that appear to come from an unverified helper.
