IS7 Game App & Website: Links, Sessions & Settings

Reading a guide, opening the download destination and using the installed app happen in different places. Knowing which one you are in makes settings, sign-in questions and error reports easier to understand.

These pages explain the app

The pages you are reading contain IS7 information and help references. They do not provide a public form for signing in to your game account, processing a payment or making a game selection. The guides index is a directory of information pages.

The journal is a separate collection of articles. An article about a lobby screen is still an explanation of that screen, not the account interface itself. The lobby overview uses the supplied screenshot for that purpose.

The download button opens another destination

Our shared download button opens the configured IS7 referral destination in a new tab. This means the guide can remain open while the destination loads. What happens after arrival depends on the provider’s page and your device.

If the browser offers to open an installed app, read the prompt before accepting it. Do not assume that a link always stays in the browser or always opens the app. Download help covers choosing the option actually offered for your device.

Apply settings in the right place

  • Browser zoom changes the way supported web content is displayed; it does not set the installed app’s text size.
  • A notification sent by the browser is controlled through browser or website notification settings, even if its message mentions a game.
  • Installed-app permissions are reviewed in the phone’s app settings. A browser permission prompt belongs to a different context.
  • Closing a guide tab is not a request to sign out of the app or close the provider-held account.

Name the context when something goes wrong

In a report, say whether the issue happened on an information page, at the download destination or after the installed app opened. Include the page address for a browser issue and the game or screen name for an app issue.

For example, ‘the guide opens but the new tab stays blank’ identifies a different problem from ‘the installed app closes when I select a game’. Keep that distinction in your support report.

Use the matching privacy and account information

The website privacy policy describes this information site. The app provider’s own account terms and notice cover its separate service. Consult app permissions for device access, or account closure if your intention is to end an account relationship.
