IS7 3 Clown Monty: Wild Meter & Monty Spins
The original 3 Clown Monty connects a wild multiplier meter, a scatter feature and Monty Spins. Here is how to keep those stages straight.

Meet the original Monty
The green-haired clown wearing glasses in IS7’s collection belongs to Play’n GO’s 3 Clown Monty. This guide covers that original title. The sequel, 3 Clown Monty II, has its own feature details and should be identified by the full name in the game window.
The original’s main ideas are a Multiplier Meter, Dealers Choice and a free-spin feature that can include Monty Spins. They are connected, but they do not all describe the same award.
The meter and Dealers Choice
The Multiplier Meter can turn wild symbols into Multiplier Wilds. Read a displayed multiplier alongside the wild and the qualifying combination, not as an amount added directly to the account.
Two scatters trigger Dealers Choice. This can award an additional scatter or between two and six wilds. An extra scatter and extra wilds lead to different screen states, so wait for the selected result before interpreting what the feature has done.
Free spins and Monty Spins
Three or more scatters trigger the free-spin pick feature. During free spins, the wilds are Multiplier Wilds and the meter remains active. Monty Spins are a further feature within the sequence, using sticky Multiplier Wilds.
Sticky describes wilds that remain in position for the relevant feature. It does not mean the wild stays in the game forever. Follow the start and end of the named feature when deciding which symbols should remain.
Track the stage you are in
- Base game: read the current wild meter and the scatter count.
- Dealers Choice: identify whether it awarded wilds or another scatter.
- Free spins: follow the remaining-spin count and active meter.
- Monty Spins: check which multiplier wilds are held in position.
Does the clown artwork mean this is a shell game?
The name and theme do not make every round a manual game of tracking a hidden object. This is a slot with its own pick and symbol features. Follow the on-screen instructions for a feature without assuming that watching an animation lets you predict its result.
What can I compare it with?
Crazy FaFaFa offers a different relationship between two boards and a re-spin. For definitions of wilds, scatters and multipliers, use the game glossary. Neither guide replaces the paytable for the exact version you open.
